This is a Swifts High speed mode
he gains this form after focussing his speed to the limit
it makes it hard to hit him or dodge but i will not make this form TOOO Fast that would be to godmod

Light Combo
Shock break (using his Machine enhanced powers and punching the oppenent so he is paralyzed)
Leaf of Light (uses the ninja leaf vanishing technique only with the leafs Glowing so bright you cant see a thing*
